We at Peak Distributing are committed to providing our customers with high-quality automotive products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refund:
- To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Returns MUST be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase to qualify for a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain items are not eligible for refund, including:
- Most opened items, some damaged items (damaged done by the customer), & used items.
- Clearance or sale items.
3. Refund Process:
1. To initiate a refund, please contact us via phone or email.
2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return WITH PHOTO EVIDENCE.
3. Once the first two steps are completed, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with the return. (Shipping and Handling)
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will compensate the order amount completely.
